Dana H. Billingsley joined Wilkerson
& Bryan, P.C. in 2003 after serving as both a Deputy Attorney
General and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama
under Attorney General William H. Pryor Jr. As an Assistant Attorney
General, Ms. Billingsley engaged in general civil litigation encompassing
a variety of issues in state, federal, and appellate courts, practiced
utility law before the Alabama Public Service Commission, and represented
six administrative agencies and professional licensing boards for
the State of Alabama. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Billingsley
was employed by the State of Alabama Department of Public Health
as a microbiologist for seventeen years, specializing in bacteriology.
Ms. Billingsley is an active member of Evangel Temple Assembly
of God in Montgomery, Alabama, where she is active in women's and
music ministries and other lay leadership.
