| Amanda C. Carter
joined Wilkerson & Bryan, P.C. in 1998, after practicing with
another Montgomery based law firm. Ms. Carter focuses on general civil
litigation and employment law. She has served as defense counsel in
class and derivative actions in state and federal court in Alabama,
and has defended businesses facing a variety of tort and contractual
claims, including copyright and ERISA related litigation.
In the area of employment law, Ms. Carter has led training and
educational sessions for management and employees of clients, focusing
on discrimination, workplace safety, drugs and other areas of potential
business liability. She also regularly works with clients to develop
human resource policies and procedures.
