Dana H. Billingsley
Dana H. Billingsley joined Wilkerson & Bryan, P.C. in 2003, after serving as both a Deputy Attorney General and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama under Attorney General William H. Pryor, Jr. As an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Billingsley engaged in general civil litigation encompassing a variety of issues in state, federal, and appellate courts, practiced utility law before the Alabama Public Service Commission, and represented six administrative agencies and professional licensing boards for the State of Alabama. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Billingsley was employed by the State of Alabama Department of Public Health as a microbiologist for seventeen years, specializing in bacteriology.
Ms. Billingsley has served as an administrative law judge for a number of state boards and agencies, as well as serving as legal counsel, and regularly represents telecommunications and transportation providers before the Alabama Public Service Commission. She has been an active member of the Assemblies of God for many years, where she has served in women’s and music ministry and other lay leaderships.
